The name “La Viga” derives from the massive central seafood market in Mexico City where our chef Manuel Martinez comes from. Chef Manuel brings the freshest local sustainable ingredients to create uniquely bold flavors with a focus on seafood with latin influences.

His recipe is simple: “The right use of Latin ingredients, diverse cooking experience, and the right value equals great guest satisfaction.”
